I just cherish this little booklet. it is filled with so much practical information, with very clearly laid out step by step instructions for living a healthier life. and some of the ideas laid out are ones that even my most health-minded friends had never before heard of. this is definitely not something i sit down and read from cover to cover one time and then put away forever. this is something that i ear-mark corners of, pencil in notes of things to adjust accordingly as far as instructions, go back to down the road when im ready to implement the next practice into my life, etc. i would love to see her continue writing. there arent many naturapathic doctors who can as clearly speak to the layperson as one might like.
I thought the book had a lot of information for anyone trying to change their mind and body. Good nutrition info, sleep, and exercising the mind. I found it helpful on all the subjects she wrote about. I really enjoyed the recipes and exercises.
