    “I took the Chaos to Calm class last year. It has really helped me! Although, I have not implemented much, just the small changes that I have made over the last year have really improved my blood work. My cholesterol has improved and my TSH has improved enough that my dosage is being dropped from 200mcg to 188mcg and now again to 175mcg and will be rechecked again in 3 months. My primary care provider is very amazed and is very supportive. He has encouraged me to keep implementing and he truly thinks the food intolerance changes will improve my seborrheic dermatitis over time. Here are the small changes I have made. 1.
